Monday the Scarlett Johansson pictures alleged hacker took to Twitter with a bold response. Basically, "Hollywood Leaks" (HL) tweeted for the public to just back off, as it did not release nu*de pictures of ScarJo.
As the buzz around the posting of naked Scarlett Johansson pics swirled around the Internet, the supposed ring leader of the stolen photographs surfaced to defend itself against the leak. 
Just like many well-known cyber-terrorists, "Hollywood Leaks" has never been shy about coming forward with its roles in other high-profile nu*de picture leaks of celebs, according to International Business Times.
Recall the scandal that broke in June about Dancing with the Stars alumna Julianne Hough?
Although her hacked photos pale in comparison to the leaked Scarlett Johansson pictures, "Hollywood Leaks" proudly announced its role in posting those pics months ago.
However, this time the organization vehemently said while media outlets believe it is behind the malicious release of the Scarlett Johansson pics, it would have made sense to post them on its official website first.
"WE DID NOT LEAK THE SCARLETT JOHANSSON PICS, WE WOULD HAVE RELEASED IT HERE FIRST! So stop the speculating!" proclaimed the alleged hackers on Twitter.
In defense of the alleged hackers, the FBI has not officially and publicly announced the name of the responsible party behind the nu*de picture leaks. However, Zap2it hinted at the possibility HL are the "culprits" responsible.
Whether or not the naked Scarlett Johansson pictures resulted from hacking her cell phone or she leaked them intentionally for publicity, the frequent leaks are getting old—fast.

Scarlett Johansson battled her leaked photos by asking law enforcement to get involved. But not every celebrity reacts to their own stolen pictures that way. In case of professional athletes, for example, the first thing they do is, not turn to law enforcement, but to their fans and apologize for taking the suggestive pictures in the first place. Actors, however, sometimes never issue any public statement about their leaked pictures. But in other cases, some celebrities confront their scandals openly; they address the pictures during news interviews, even months later. Yet in the end, most stars don’t realize that how they handle their leaked pictures is far more problematic than what is shown in the leaked pictures.
Scarlett Johansson has yet to comment about her leaked pictures. But some actors are more open about discussing their leaked pictures scandals. For example, in January this year, the first question out of Wendy Williams during a Hosea Chanchez news interview was his leaked pictures scandal, from months earlier. Williams asked the question in front of the cast of Hosea’s show The Game. And rather than avoided the subject, Williams and Hosea addressed it during the news interview. Wendy said “[Your pictures were] the last thing I looked at before I came out here today.”
After Scarlett Johansson’s pictures were leaked, the public was quickly told that investigators and lawyers were searching out the person(s) stealing her pictures. That is not the reaction that all celebrities have to leaked pictures. For example, when actor Osvaldo Ríos battled his own pictures leaked earlier this year, he told news that he would not be apologizing for how he appears in his pictures. He said he was proud of how he appeared. “I can do what I want with my private life and take my picture all I want.”
This week, the public were told that a new “ring” of thieves were stealing pictures. The public has been skeptical about that assertion. In fact, Rios told news in February that celebrity’s photos are stolen all the time, not just now, and not just in Hollywood. “I’m not the first person this has happened to, how many people in the world have to go through an experience like this?” Rios followed a list of other Latin American stars Tadhir Derbez, Nailea Norvind and Ari Telch that had also been victimized by leaked pictures previously.
