This Spanish/French film presents a loving ode to a woman's breasts and the three men who love them. The fairy tale is told from the viewpoint of 9-year old Tete, who jealous of his new brother's access to his mother's breasts, implores the moon to give him a nurturing breast of his own. French cabaret performers Estrellita, the Queen of Stuttgart, and her jealous husband Maurice, come to town with their surprisingly vulgar act. When Tete sees Estrellita, he knows his wish has been granted. Trailer-park electrician Miquel is also very attracted to Estrellita's charming chest and begins serenade her. Tete gets to sample her charms after he brings her a frog. ~ Sandra Brennan

Titolo originale catalano: La teta i la lluna. Tre maschi – un petomane, un casteller e un anxaneta – sono innamorati della stessa donna, la ballerina francese Estrellita (May). Il primo (Darmon) è il marito impotente; il secondo (Poveda) è il componente di un gruppo che forma piramidi umane, esercizio tradizionale di Catalogna; il terzo (B. Duran) è il ragazzino che scala la piramide fino alla cima: ha nove anni e, geloso del fratellino neonato, agogna alle belle tette di Estrellita. È probabilmente il 1° film nella storia del cinema, porno esclusi, che ha nel titolo la parola “tetta”. Opus n.10 di Bigas Luna: non è uno dei migliori, ma il più solare e gaio almeno fin quando nell'ultima mezz'ora va in tilt.
